To be clear, what I assert is that the vast majority of CYDY's equity sales were with common and 50% warrant coverage.

It is a bold faced lie to argue that CYDY did not use the common with warrants finance method. I have found that over 30 years that this method has formed some incredibly huge stock market successes.

Now a new argument has emerged. The claim is that common with warrants is now toxic.

I disagree. History is history. A fact a fact. And That's That.
