I believe there is a high labor cost to configure and set up their software so that executives can use it so easily to find the nuggets of information then need to run the business.

Either that or they pay their sales team too much

I think they are now giving away the core software (Foundry?) for free as well.

If I were younger I would consider getting certified in some way to use their software as it seems to be able to do magic things if set up right
