The timeline is there. It all seems preconceived to me.

Bought a shell company for 100 preferred shares.
Increase the AS by 70 Billion
Issue those shares to themselves in exchange for their company(Hempacco)

I think where it gets lost is management came up with this market cap and didn't have anyone with experience to value it properly.
