Looks like bottom baseline is in-moving north $BRLL

IT WOULD APPEAR - the bottom finally came in here as this has moved quite well the last week off the strong bud support .06-.065 pps. That bud support moved to .07-.075 pps+ this week and we are starting to see the natural uptrend. Any positive material event could easily take this to .10+ pps and then significantly higher.
