Biotech takes time-only for Microcrap scams

A real biotech licensing a given treatment has it in pre-clinical testing within 1-2 yrs. In the real world of biotech, time is money.

PMCB took 6 yrs to begin pre-clinical (2011-2017). Issuing misleading PR pumps to SHs suggesting a clinical trial was just around the corner, during that time period. Specifically promising SHs a CT would be started by EOY 2016. Did Kenny believe he could skip pre-clinical? Or did he throw out slop to SHs to make em happy?

A real Biotech will state they are beginning pre-clinical, and then 1 yr later, they announce a CT has started.

PMCB spent 2017-2020 with Kenny issuing one PR pump after another about "tests". Which progressed to manufacturing PR pumps, and Kenny taking his Thailand vacations. With the result being an IND on permanent Hold Aug 2020. That is the end result of what SHs have received for the last 9 yrs. As in "usual" for a Microcrap scam.
