I really believe the publication in a journal is NWBO's response to the little popup puppet from hell. By getting closers to (potential) approval you mean drafting and or submitting a BLA with the FDA? If that is what you mean then NWBO just straight out lied on the last ASM for they were saying that their first, second and third priority is to review and analyze the data. To me, it sounds a bit too much to ask if their 4th priority is to draft a BLA and to submit it with the FDA. A BLA I dont have to tell you because you know this 100 times better than me is a task that is probably a year's work and much more complicated than the SAP.

Also, it would not behead the puppet from hell going down that road approval would, then we are looking 1-1.5? years from now. Not going down that road of a BLA now to counter the puppet, a journal publication is the most efficient way to behead the puppet from hell, and that is what they said they are doing and I believe that is what they are doing now.

Yes but now you are talking about getting a completely different other task done than a publication aka a BLA. Both at the same time done is impossible.
