Wake up people, especially cheerleader cody. Keep dreaming if you think a RS wont kill current shareholders.
Over a year ago all 12B authorized had been used up and then more authorized. Josh wont disclose how many.
Most likely in the 15B range now or more.

Cody, do you even know how “funding” is done? Do you think someone is going to give $5M as a llaon or expect nothing in return. There are no revenues so they wont get loan. Only other path is equity which is shares. And no one is going to want basically the same as what anyone else coud have been getting at .0005. They will want better terms.
$5M just at .0005 is 10B more shares. You truly believe there wont be a massive RS? There will.

Josh ststed about a year ago when share count was around 8B that his plan was for approx 400-1 RS then turn around and issue more shares to get the $5-$6M for marketing and company growth.

Do the math people. Current shareholders are going to get slammed. Maybe the next holders will be the winners if this stays afloat. Which most likeky it wont.
