jhd51, I have never thought 8/1/2021 was a drop-dead date for something to happen, rather nothing would happen before that date due the following reasons.

1) Section 382 having to do with a potential Ownership Change which can happen only once every rolling 3 years which expires 7/31/2021 since the last OC

2) Executives were trading in their stock and/or being issued shares during the month of April and I believe they need separation of between 30 and 90 days to avoid Insider Trading issues

3) So, my expectation is for share issuance to Old & Cold investors would happen post 7/31/2021
