Help the share price? May or may not. With the SEC cracking down on OTC and pinks, suspending ones that are not current with their financials, just getting the financials submitted is important. Compliance is huge and is a good signal that the company is in good standing.

As for the claim that there won't be anything of substance in their upcoming PRs.....got anything to base that on? I'd say that with the crypto stuff being pretty tight lipped, RWGI merger news impending, and potential JVs related to the building acquisition a month ago....there is plenty of potentially substantial news.
