Let’s it drop to 3 cents. Goes private and 6 cents and says look at the value I got you dumb shot shareholders.

Again, the missing ingredient is business knowledge.

Whether Elite or a bigger company, the valuation of acquisition and divestiture targets results from one or a combination of three methods:

1. Comparable companies (same size)
2. Comparable transactions (same industry)
3. DCF spreadsheet methodology (multiple regression with 5 independent variables, none of which is share price)

In fact, none of the valuation processes involve share price. NONE!!!
