now cyber security officials are looking at all aspects of where vcsy ip would be coming into 744, wags...........as representatives of fed government and uspto they have an obligation to uphold their rules/aegis...and if someone is illegally using ip.......they'd have to tell........wags.....or maybe a reason we wound up with the hacks inthe first place.......wags.and when using new secure comms like xml/http /peer to peer........especially if this is the remedy...
