No Caution warning here. Two years ago the company issued an annual report with a possible failure as a growing concern caveat. Corporation was on the verge of BK and had little cash. Survival was based upon launch of Adderall ER. Price then was around price now.

Stock is seriously undervalued as year end report showing record revenues are neigh. Money makes the world go round.
