If they converted the $50k for restricted shares @.01, it’s only 5mm shares. I hope they are restricted for 12 months, That’s insiders. Nonaffilites get 6 months.
I have a stinking feeling the New Company wants this as high as it can go by the time the restrictions are lifted.
Maybe enough time to do an exchange upgrade snd milk this 1.9mm Float for all the potential it has when the story is known.
I can’t believe we are struggling to get above .50 - .80
