2. Didn't he say he expected it early in the video and that he didn't think they'd need to file an NT.

That doesn't mean it's set in stone. It very well might not be early and they very well might file an NT. Better to make sure it's correct than to pump it out early.

It's not the latest COD game that developers just pump out with a "we can fix mistakes later with a patch" mentality. It's an audited quarterly document filed with the SEC. Best to make sure it's correct on the first go.
