I can understand you are freaked out about this Brian guys comments. I can say the following:
1. I only know about SIRC what I have learned on this board so don't know how to refute his comments.
2. Seems like the owners of the companies SIRC has acquired are smart people and would have discovered all these problems before signing up. I know that Brian Milholland is a successful and distinguished business owner who was awarded business owner of the year. We have seen how sharp Hunter is. I don’t think these guys would sign up with a sham organization about to fold because of debt problems.
3. SIRC's share price has only followed the same up/down curve that has been followed by the entire solar sector so hard to say SIRC is dropping for any other reason.
4. I thought all the acquisitions made were for companies that were successful? He says they are all losers. If success means you are actually making a profit, which is not an unreasonable definition, then maybe he is correct. I just don't know.
5. Regards LIVINCHILL’s remarks about the growth of SIRC from one year ago being impressive, I agree. But that does not help anyone like you or me that joined 5 months ago at a higher price.
6. The guy Brian says he has been following SIRC as an insider. What does anyone know about this guy?
7. Weren’t his statements about assets and debt amounts shown in the last quarterly report? And in this Q4ER coming out soon?
8. In summary, I think he raises many points that should be of great concern IF TRUE. I suggest you forward all your info to SIRC and ask for their rebuttal. Since he is making statements on a public platform, this won’t stay under wraps and the company should want to dispel right away. All of his statements are specific and offered as facts which should be provable as correct or incorrect by SIRC. I would think SIRC would jump at the chance to disprove his statement if they are false.
9. I just watched the video posted by 2BTheDogman and Hunter looks/sounds extremely positive about the company and the future!!
