The float is an issue to some degree, and at this point it would be good to know what the actual float is - let's just assume it's close to the 800 M range - the other question is how many current shareholders are out there, as the last count was 216 back on 8/28/20. (could be more or less now - will try to get an answer to this)

Based on the historical volume and PPS since January, it appears that the float has potentially been reduced by a considerable amount - it's difficult to assess what that percentage is, but, I wouldn't be surprised if 40% - 50% of the float is currently being held in accounts. If my assumption is in the ballpark, and should this percentage hold post reverse split, we could see a very dramatic PPS movement on any significant news, especially if that news is merger related.

That said, I do believe that something of significance is causing the filing delay, which I don't believe is solely FINRA related. If you weigh in that both BLPG & HYPUR have delayed State Annual Filings, I'm thinking that the delay is HYPUR connected - something tells me that Galvin is pondering more than one option, but, the key question is: how does BLPG fit into the longer term equation?

Hopefully we finally get answers to our questions in the not too distant future!
