If fins are current by Thursday than his conference call with the big boys won’t go well, big investors don’t want to spend millions of dollars investing in a company’s future when the company doesn’t have current fins due to the new SEC rule on ticker being removed without current fins. it will hurt his company big time if he doesn’t have fins soon and his conference if he doesn’t have current fins before the conference.
