Mick insists on calling the company Astra Veda Corporation, formerly known as WorldFlix. In reality it’s only known as Astra Veda in Wyoming, it’s state of incorporation. It’s still known as WorldFlix to FINRA, and will continue to be WorldFlix until or IF they process a name/symbol change for WRFX. If Mick’s purpose is to provide shareholders with accurate information, he should start there.

He said he’d filed with FINRA for the name change in 2019, then after 9 weeks he claimed to put it on “hold”. Is it a priority yet again in January 2021? If so, he should follow his claim to be transparent and follow up on what FINRA responds to him. FINRA asks questions, a name change is not just automatically processed. Is that the problem - That the questions can’t be answered?

Has Davis become CEO? Last I heard he was interim CEO. There’s nothing in the financials since Davis has Not submitted financials in over 2 years,

What is the date that the financials will be submitted? Or is this another delay?

There’re no updates on the lawsuit of Brad Listermann vs Mick Davis for Defamation (slander/libel). Currently set for 06/16/21
