Actually Billy is in play and every single one of your posts regarding him since we were delisted were 100% wrong. How many times did you post things like; Billy won't do anything to ruin his reputation, Billy can't just take the money and run, Billy isn't going to hold anyone's hand through this, we're now all part of a private company what Billy gets we get, Billy may reinstate this for future licensing deals, trust Billy and the process, taking legal action against him may anger him and it's not needed etc. The sorry bastard has set this up to enrich himself and a few others and you still act like he can be reasoned with.
The attorneys on our side are handling the actual infringement case. Like others have stated repeatedly, we have zero control of how they handle this or who will win in court, that's out of our hands. The only thing we can get involved with is protecting our rights and we're basically spinning our wheels at this point.
