She took the plea to avoid harsh sentencing just in case. Like 10 years in prison let’s say.... If Mark is found not guilty yes she can still change her plea before her sentencing. She is testifying that she was involved in what is SAID to be a scheme. That yes in fact she allowed her medical license to be used to submit Medi-Cal reimbursements for patients she had never seen. IT IS AN AT HOME TEST ORDERED ONLINE. OF COURSE SHE DIDNT SEE THE PATIENT. AND IF IT IS THE TESTS THAT WERE BUNDLED BY OTHER CLINICS IN OTHER STATES HOW COULD SHE HAVE SEEN THEM EITHER.
If it is all resolved and decided to not be fraud and such, she will have been innocent in the whole said scheme and have done nothing wrong. She admitted to being part of an “alleged scheme”, that’s it. If there is no said scheme she has nothing to plea guilty for.

Wonder what happens when this is all cleared up? I am willing to bet they sell the company and tech. And live they rest of their lives worry free with lots of money;)

I posted 2 1/2 years ago what Mark said to me when I asked if they had any plans of selling the company.......

I of course could be all wrong, but why did Mark not take a plea?? In my opinion it’s because he is innocent and knows it.
