Mr. Rodkey was in the front passenger seat of a Tesla Model 3 sedan being driven by another man on Ofman, according to the coroner’s office. The driver failed to stop at the T intersection at Shellbark and drove into a wooded area, striking several trees and large rocks.

Mr. Rodkey was ejected from the car, and the vehicle landed on top of him, the coroner’s office said.

All the usuals here. High speed was involved and the car failed to stop before driving off road into trees. This sounds like an out of control Tesla to me.
Notice the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected.

The solar winds in the days leading up to this accident were weakly magnetized but another round was due on the 6th.

Today, solar wind is howling around Earth, reaching speeds of 550 km/s (1.2 million mph). But... The wind is so thin and weakly magnetized that it is not sparking geomagnetic storms
