567 04/29/2021 ORAL ORDER: A Jury Trial is set for 5/20/2021 at 9:30 AM in Courtroom 6B before Judge Richard G. Andrews.
those were my thoughts.. .cuz they will lose & Cox knows it !
zombywolf, glad to hear you think we have "plenty of time" re: legal representation on our behalf. I get the sense there's talks re: complete settlement behind the scenes.. .they just can't agree on the amount
re: "malfeasance from those running our corporation, which may be the route we have to take to get paid, not by winning these trials" ..looks like we as shareholders have a couple of options re: seeking justice
