Not sure I can do that yet. I'm waiting on filing suit to get a final judgment first. Then I'm proceeding with the company. I'm not sure I will even keep prpm unless every shareholders signs an mou not to sue me as the new owner. I have no business with Vakser for years other than his non payment for smg, fraud, and breach of contract. Vakser belongs in federal prison if you all complain to sec they will sue him and shut him down. I've been advised.
