I apologize if this is already been answered. Back in January there was a form 4 where Alan Boynton gifted shares or warrants to a trust for estate planning purposes.

Does anyone know if the owner of that trust can sell those shares/warrants without publicly disclosing? Thanks in advance.

I feel this was discussed awhile back but a colleague of mine asked me about it again and I don’t remember how the discussion played out in the boards.
