Of course there is insider insight...Remember, close to 700k shares were sold prior to the close on the day of the 101 decision. Then, the ruling was posted on this board after the market close. The timing was canny. The price drop and volume on Monday was to be expected. Those who bought at .07-09 range on a Monday are very like those who sold some or all of those holdings on Friday in anticipation of a LL announcement. Another canny move. Regardless of the outcome, there will be another spike in volume/PPS on Monday until the announment (sorta like musical chairs) and then a it will dry up followed by a degradation of PPS until appeal.
