FINRA doesn’t “temporarily suspend CUSIPs”. You’re thinking of SEC suspension, which some stocks have recovered from. Those are limited to 10 days. It goes without saying that no stock has ever returned after a FINRA suspension lasting 2 years. Obviously.

I just can’t overstate how certain it is that this will never have any other activity whatsoever.

PS - the buyer ended up hating the components!!!
