And did so in China too, to coax the Morinda Chinese independent sales reps they would not lose out in NewAge upending their company. He promised to distribute free NBEV, and its share price going to $20, $30 a share and higher. This after spending $75M or so in cash to acquire Morinda. Ridiculous.
