A competent CEO would at least give an update as to what is going on with Alfasigma and if nothing is going on, why not? And what is his vision for IPIX. Is it more than just one product and a flim flam salesman? If B fails, is there a back up plan? I suspect he will pivot to B for other purposes and then seek an authorization for millions upon millions of more shares but who knows what Ehrlich is thinking. And the Board is useless. Who even knows if the two remaining members even know that they are still on the board.
