Welcome. Court date on 5/13 to petition for a shareholders meeting to vote Ben/Synergy on to the board of directors so he can then appoint new officers for a reverse merger into $LPHM.

If the petition is granted, Synergy will need to acquire records from the transfer agent before a shareholders meeting is possible. Small market cap here, so hopefully everything goes well and we get a big boost to share price.
