Yes, I know. There is a lot of activity in Wyoming coal country. Just like there has been for the last four years.

That does not suddenly change the company’s woeful balance sheet, its scammy history and shady, disreputable insiders, and its inability to attract interest or honest capital, especially following four years of overhyped “favorable political climate”.
