Nah LCYB did not ask BioAmber for components and it can not be shown that they did.
LCYB thought about paying the back royalties to Reverdia to use Reverdia’s tech but in the end decided it was not needed. Reverdia is no longer in existence so I guess LCYB made the right choice.
Let’s not forget that LCYB is and has been making and selling BIOSA for a while now. Former BioAmber shareholders lost their investment long ago.
This nonsense about the components is just as bad as the Origin being spewed here lol.
