The land has appreciated in value, so they’ll definitely be getting money in pocket, assuming they strive to get the best deal like they are.

But agreed, it seems like every year we’re waiting for that first home to go up. Somewhere. Anywhere. Whether that’s Brentwood, Panama City Beach, etc...
