Another day has arrived in which INCT has experienced a positive development - and another day is half over in which INCT's pps is still a flat-out disgrace.

As I have repeatedly stated hereon, the Executives at INCT have thus far refused to hire a professional public-relations firm AND HAVE CONSISTENTLY POSTED PRESS RELEASES WHICH ANNOUNCE POSITIVE EVENTS IN AN AMATEURISH MANNER BY SOMEONE WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS ZERO TALENT FOR PERSUASIVE WRITING - THE END RESULT OF WHICH IS THE EMBARRASSING PPS AT WHICH INCT IS CURRENTLY SITUATED.

UNTIL THE AUGUST EXECUTIVES AT INCT REALIZE THAT THERE IS AN ART TO MANAGING PUBLIC RELATIONS WITH REGARD TO A PUBLICLY-TRADED COMPANY - AND THAT THEY HAVE ZERO TALENT FOR THAT ART - THE EFFECT OF POSITIVE NEWS ON INCT'S PPS WILL BE MINIMAL.
