XXII $5.61 UP .71 on good volume. IF either the Biden administration or the FDA mandates all cigarettes sold in the US must be very low nicotine (VLN) reduced by 95% so NOT addictive

XXII could run up hugely! Or even if the US doesn't act but Australia, which is considering only selling of VLN cigarettes make t policy XXII would still move big as the US would likely follow.
