8-k is out that details the agreement with Nottingham Spirk to develop the cat litter box that the company is busting at the seems to talk about. According to Dr. Steve he thinks the Cat Litter Box can double revenues in 2 years.

NS will receive a little more than 50,000 restricted shares ($50k/.991), royalties ($.20 per unit which will probably retail somewhere in the $50-$100 range) when the product goes to market, and a payment for 50% of the costs to NS.

The product will come to market sometime this summer.

IMO, this is excellent news for OPCO and the terms are very good. It seems like things are progressing very well for the company.
