At $100 million it would be a sales/price ratio of 14, which would be very reasonable, but the margins have to be higher than they are to earn that kind of multiple. The gross margin has to more than cover the SG&A to become profitable, and it wasn't even close through the end of last year. Hopefully that will improve in Q1.
