Motion to terminate custodianship filed today. We'll see if we get an 8k, PR or other information about who they are and what their intentions are.

I would say the negative reaction today (though still very small volume) was due to seeing Asian names on the SOS filing. In some but not all cases, they buy the shell and go dark.

It would be best to see a plan unfold like some of the other reverse mergers where the company hits the ground running. We'll see.
