He is locked in, doesn't matter what the share price is. $15 per share for these preferred shares until $3,000,000 worth acquired.

What a difference from most OTC CEOs who would just issue themselves preferred shares for free and let shareholders take the hit with toxic loans.

Sets this one apart for me.
