To go back to that other persons post, I for one hold three milly shares, which include some buys over .03 at one point, but I have worked my average down to .019.
Why am I not worried about filings? A) they are a German company focused on building a legitimate international business, they will figure out the otc piece in due time. Most otc companies are just hopes and dreams of businesses and the CEOs are just trying to run their shareprice. We have the opposite (better problem to have) here. So because they have a solid business it doesn’t matter what happens here in the day to day here, because the longer without filings, the longer they have to build business. B) they aren’t diluting it to the ground, if they were, I would be out. C) I am invested here. The ones wailing about shareprice and filings today are the ones who want to make their quick buck, sell and move onto the next ticker. That’s it. The rest of us, the majority here by this point, are comfortable with a solid understanding of what’s to come here.
No false expectations, it will happen when it happens. Real businesses take time. Scams, don’t.
