$.02. Sorry, but that is kinda how it goes. Anything concrete is found in the filings, other than that, it is speculation most of the time.

We have talks going on, the ADRs and then the trading. I go on tone of those I speak to(many) and then try to put together the puzzle pieces. We are dealing with "to be determined" aspects of the lawsuits, as court proceedings are.

Long answer, but for me that is what's up. I have lots of confidence in Mr. Hudnell/team and Emil's determination to see this through. Emil could have gotten off the train with Gil Amelio,
he didn't.

So, I believe the next couple of weeks will be very interesting and I don't think Emil's timing on returning stock was coincidental.
