They better a good reason for a R/S when applying for it with FINRA.
If indeed it is ALWAYS for diluting and selling shares, they may not be approved.
SEC and FINRA need to be aware of the operation.

Not providing info to shareholders about a target missed by 36% is bad.

The lies need to stop. Suspension is around the corner if shareholders are getting misleading information.
