Don't care if those shares were restored Sauceman, how is it you have NUGX as a symbol? And why is this allowed to trade under that symbol if not IPO'd yet, and not NGIO~?

Look, not saying this is the problem but lots of shady stuff going on with banks, HFs, Robinhood, and all....
Some entity (s) taking advantage of this situation pre IPO.
I'm not touching this thing (NUGX) with a 50 foot pole. Was tempted when it first came out but glad I didn't bite. Something isn't right here and this is NOT Moscato in my opinion. Neither he nor the company have any control of this IMO.

Another thing to ask about during the CC. What is this NUGX about? Someone is playing games.
