So Questrade won't let me lock my shares past $1.75 I had half my position locked there previously, and I wanted to lock the rest at
$7.00 - after the risk review the order was declined.. So I called them and asked them to do it manually. The client rep had to patch me to their trading desk and I was told they were not able to fulfill my request because the price was too high...
So I asked him how far I could go and he said $1.75 only because they already had an order at that price from me. WTF???
Interesting to feel first hand how a this system works.
Anyone who wants to chime in here to enlighten me a bit further I would appreciate it very much.....
