Go (re)-watch /cc back in Feb, where BF describes why. I actually personally know a VC CEO who was approached buy BF a year ago for funding. They almost pulled the trigger, but didn't and now he regrets it! He did the RM into a 'legit' shell for fast access to the market, knowing OTC is risky. Has he said or done anything below board to date? I don't think so! If on the NASDQ within 6 months, will this be considered anything other than a brilliant move?? I guess we shall see!!??
