$GMPR moving to reduce share structure. Progress being reported:

We needed two note holders to lower their reserves so the total Authorized could be officially lowered to 275 million. They have sent all of the paperwork into Pacific Stock Transfer & will reflect on the OTC soon. Black Rock Florida LOI next $GMPR
