Did anyone read the filing? More shares/ dilution and no stockholders voting rights. Wall Street advisors are convincing them to raise more money at the expense of the stock price. I thought the goal was to increase shareholder value, not set up for Shorting by hedge funds. Big board is big exposure IMO. They are fundamentally strong...why let these vultures in.
