I typically only buy those types on the bid, and USBL didn't get whacked that much that I saw.

RGMP didn't really didn't get whacked that much either, but it did occasionaly, and I was pretty much the only bidder there for the better part of a year, so I was able to pick a lot of those. Of course I got screwed out of quite a few whacks as well over that time. Never could figure out why it rarely got any bidders, other than me, always thought that was nuts.
