People who aren’t in need of penny pinching are probably waiting till they reach “long” status so capital gain tax is a lot lower.

Only worth taking a heavy hit on taxes if you made a Butt load of money.

Worth waiting, picking up more here and there, and waiting for that tax discount to hit.

They already opened up one new restaurant recently, we can probably expect something good here in the distant future for those who are....
