JMO, Merida is the only outfit with smarts to orchestrate this fiasco. Carlos sure as heck does not have this level of pubco sophistication, as we've seen demonstrated since he took over. The guy's pretty much a moron when it comes to real business and that's something Merida likely took advantage of.
More than likely, all "JMO FWIW" - Merida likely has a back-door deal to sell the mexico pipeline license and pocket the cash, scrap rest of company, Carlos gets a kickback- That license deal is the only "asset" worth a lot of money AFAIK, think about it. So if this is the case, Merida / Carlos are also screwing all the employees, subsidiaries, etc for a shady payday. IMO Merida is not going to lose all the millions they invested, and Carlos is not going to walk away without some type of payday given he will be losing millions of common share stock- They going to make it back somewhere and just F everyone else.
That's the OTC for ya- sometimes the swamp rat crooks are not greedy in the right way.
Boy doesn't everyone miss Cliff and Ray now- and some of you were bitching about them.. lmao. Those guys were the real deal.
It ain't over till it's over so let's see if bottom of the 9th somehow someone helps hit a homer and turn this turd around.
