Yeah but you know what, there is a very good chance that the SEC will have a part to play also. Along with obligatory/routine uplisting filings, the SEC may have to review the documents and give its blessing. So yeah, bureaucracy for sure will be involved. Hopefully fairly routine, rubber stamp etc... IMHO
